Welcoming a Breakthrough

This is the affirmation I’ve been sitting with this week:

I am ready to welcome one of the biggest breakthroughs of my life.

A breakthrough doesn’t always mean a big external event. Often, it’s an inner shift.

  • It could mean stopping the resistance to what is.

  • It could be when you stop telling yourself you should be further along.

  • It could be when you meet yourself with kindness instead of pressure.

When you say you’re ready to welcome a breakthrough, you’re choosing trust.

Trust that life is moving, even when it feels slow.

Trust that clarity shows up when you’re present, not when you’re tense or trying to control the outcome.

Sometimes, nothing needs to change on the outside.

The shift happens inside first.
