Welcoming a Breakthrough
This is the affirmation I’ve been sitting with this week: I am ready to welcome one of the biggest breakthroughs of my life. A breakthrough doesn’t always mean a big external event. I’ve learned to stop negative self-talk, which has been a game changer.” Her words speak to something many of us experience, but keep to ourselves. We all reach moments where we want change, whether it’s in our c
